Student Application Procedures

 

The following requirements are to be secured for those interested to join SOPHOS School Indonesia:

Age

Early Childhood
- Pre-School : 3 years by the 31st of October
- K1 : 4 years old
- K2 : 5 years old

Primary
Grade 1 (one) : 6 years by the 31st of October

 

Application Form

Parents must buy the Application Form and apply for a trial test. Schedule for the trial test would be decided after the registration form has been completed and Fee paid to ensure placement in the class. (download here)

Trial and Placement Test

Trial test takes half day from 08.00 – 12.00. Subjects covered for Primary student are Math, English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Non – verbal test. For Early Childhood, the test is based on observation and individual interview.

Fees Payment

The school fee system is based on 12 (twelve) month’s payment and parents must pay at the date of 7th of every month. There will be a penalty for late payment.

Payment of fees can be through deposit or transfer to our bank account as noted below:

Completed parts of the Application Form for Admission with all the supporting documents should be returned to the Admission Office. The school will not process any application for admission unless all the required documents including the following listed below have been submitted.
